where were we, where we going, roadblocks ahead and how to get there.
Today I am going to write a very long winded article that covers in depth, what my plans are. I usually do this personally by myself within my notes, every quarter, but now I will make it public.
It will include my life trajectory, breakdown of how my time is being spend, what i am working on, quit working on, and etc.
I'll attempt to map it all out as fully as possible, and be as actionable as possible laying out my future goals and achievements.
Where were we?
The have had a lot of personal success this year over the last 3 quarters of various degrees, and retrospectively all the reason I am where i am and able to write this post is a culmination of these past moments.
- Quit my Job
- I was so burnt out, but a very unique opportunity that at the time was right, and good reminder to myself that the gap to success isn't as large as we think.
- Loved everyone I worked with, and great relationships I have for life now.
- Back to building.
- The isolation I had suffered being inside during covid had a real toll on me, getting into a job to be back around people was needed, but the sacrifice was I missed building my own businesses.
- I still had passively ran businesses, but couldn't start anything new and I missed starting, it's my favourite part of the process.
- Lived abroad
- Lived in Colombia, greatest experience of my life to live in a completely different culture and reset my life completely.
- Became Trilingual
- Health Seriousness
- New Relationships = New Energy
- Started creating content
Where do I want to go?
That is where I am, now let's talk about where I am going.
The goal is $2.4M / $200k a month.
Sounds crazy, but not super unrealistic.
This isn't some number that doesn't come without any backing of data, but it's a number that is big enough to keeps me wanting to deliver daily, and small enough that it's within reach.
How to we get there?
By solving the biggest problem.
Stagnation.
It's very personal to me, it has held me back from so many things early in life so many areas of life professionally, financially, personally, physically and mentally.
But I learned in time that is just a temporary state that can be escaped through deliberate action and I want to help people do the same.
It's crazy because stagnation lives in so many points of so many peoples lives where in some cases a lot of people don't even know it's happening right now to them.
Example.
Problem: Your job hasn't increased your salary in the last 5 years. (Stagnate state)
Solution: Watch this video on how to Build a AI side hustle creating social media engines for realtors for an extra $1,200 this month. (Actionable Solution)
There are many points of stagnation I went through, and personally have solved for myself, so sharing the solutions move people forward to help people escape is my life mission right now.
The value behind the transformation in state is how I will get there.
The Bottlenecks
There is no smooth road to anyone that has made that amount of money, and I have to think critically and diagnose honestly as to where the problems are in order to reach the goal.
The Belief System
Do people believe in my system?
Answer: Maybe. Not sure yet.
Breaking stagnation is a belief system of change, with 2 levels of prospects.
Actively aware - People who openly looking to solve their state.
Passive Unaware - People who don't even know they are in the state.
So far, I have attracted a good amount of actively aware people to their state and who are actively breaking state. If you are watching my tutorial, downloading templates, they are actively breaking stagnation and changing state but I have been terrible at implementing them into the growth of each step they are taking in the grand scheme of my mission.
Today they might have grown their your way out of stagnation in how much money they made, but can we help in other areas, and get them to into the belief system of growing through stagnation.
I got a lot of work on clarifying my value prop, which starts with the way I deliver content.
Speaking of content....
The Content
Is my content my content?
Answer: Yes and No.
The most important piece right now for me is openly bringing value, by solving problems across multiple phases of life. Stagnation doesn't just live within how you make money, it lives across multiple parts of living and stand in the way of dreams (Health, Wealth, Relationships, Happiness).
It has been a very unique process for me personally as an ex TV broadcaster behind the scenes guy to step out in front of the camera, and the methods that were used 12+ years ago are not what works today, but a lot of that past experiences has worked well.
As of the last 2 months, I have made 30 videos and mostly been testing and trying a variety of different methods, platforms, formats looking for the best method to preach my message, which in the early days was very f-cking unclear.
Now it has gotten clearer, the audience I am engaging right now is strictly on Youtube, and mostly AI driven audience, because of how I was solving the stagnation of not making enough money, and I am happy with that library of videos that cover that topics of how to make money with AI, there is 20+ FREE videos I can now point people towards that will help.
With 30 videos under the belt on the channel over 60 days, I feel like now I have a pretty solid base of foundational valuable content firstly starting with financial stagnation with endless step by step tutorials, that I have to take those to solve many other problems in life now too. (I.E Relationship stagnation, Living stagnation, Personal stagnation)
All of this was obviously by design, as I knew very early on that I never wanted to be just solving 1 problem, or become a glorified search engine for AI tutorials, short term, I could probably make a few thousand doing just that, but I would be easily replicated and replaced over time, and It would be difficult to reach $2.4M solving only 1 problem with no significant differentiator.
Right now 99.9% of my content is long form and only on Youtube, I need to branch out to different platforms and different verticals, shorts and written content.
Monetization
Is my monetization a problem right now?
Answer: Yes
Right now, all my focus has been top of funnel traffic, rightfully so, I was by internet standards a nobody.
In all honesty, getting to $2.4M will requires monetization planning, especially as I grow.
Just 2 weeks, I created my first two FREE mini products. ( 5 Free Template Library and 50 Items Ebay items to sell) which was my first attempt at bringing my most engaged audience closer and collecting emails in exchange for more valuable content.
That list is growing daily actually faster than my Youtube Subscribers, crazy enough.
Where do they go after that?
I have many internal debates with myself, because ultimately the goal is to help as many people as I can, striking a balance of what each level from help comes with each level of monetization has been an interesting internal battle, but one I won't truly know until a paid product is actually out.
So far, I do think the foundation of free content is strong enough to start to put together a paid pipeline of products out there that help people deeper, if they want it, which people have told me openly, they do.
Here is a napkin math future monetization plan
Product 1 = FREE 99 ( Free Youtube Tutorials / Free Resources )
- Solving open wound problems.
- I have 20+ FREE step by step tutorials on how to make money right now on Youtube.
- Plus, 5 Free downloadable templates for people to get started using.
- Plus, 50 categories of products to find that sell like crazy on Ebay.
- The last 2 months, I've focused solely on this level and the feedback has been extremely good.
Product 2 = $xx (TBD)
- Most likely going to be a paid newsletter/blog.
- I didn't want to build a course, ebook or community as my first product because:
- Courses there is a learning time involved to get started in the life transition.
- Ebooks don't give you feedback after purchase, people buys and hide. You don't know the quality is good or not. (I.e People unsubscribing, etc)
- Communities are great when you have the people in them to build on top of. and with you, right now I am not there.
- The newsletter will have all my downloadable templates dropping monthly and like hidden opportunities to sell AI automations too all in one place, for one pretty reasonable price.
- Also considering one for a lower price product for BOLO's for people, which are things you can find in the wild and sell online (Ebay/Amazon)
- The pricing is not set in stone, I don't really know yet, but I like the idea of starting it off by giving people 100x the value they pay. Example: 4 opportunity Templates you can sell to a business at $1,250 which is a potential income of $5,000 per monthly templates, and I would price it at $50 per month, which I think is pretty fair compared to a lot of things.
- One of the best things about Make.Com is I can export my sequences and people can literally download them, have. all my settings and everything and just change a few things, and they can begin selling in like less than 30 minutes.
- I am converting all of my past sequences into sellable templates. for people to either sell to other businesses or people, or utilize for themselves.
- There is also an importance on keeping the templates limited to hold the value for the members paying, so capping the product to 500 people per month is what I am leaning towards.

Napkin math income projects without determining is a price, churn, and other factors, I would assume this is a 200k to 600k a year product in a perfect world and a great start in the journey.

We are far from this, I need to keep growing the audience, but I do have some ideas to make it the most action based community in the world.

Networking
A big piece of this thing is the people.
The mission is about helping people break stagnation, and I need to bring more people into the fold.
There are so many people I come across daily that have reach amazing levels of personal success from places of stagnation with growth of actions and I need to a better job reaching out to those people and highlighting them in some format.
I am thinking about creating a podcast, reach out to people who found stagnation and overcame it through action, and it's a lot of people but I got work on the networking front of things.
BOLO's
I love BOLO's, it's literally what got me started flipping things from thrift stores, garage sales and everything else. It's still amazing to me and somewhere I can contribute too, because the information hasn't changed, put there is value in knowing what to look for.
I began testing it with a few videos which had good results, I have to figure out how to bring out more of the content of that content, it's not hard to produce either and reaches a different audience which is the goal.
Other Projects / My Time
I have a lot of time invested across multiple people and projects, which about 75% of which have a monetary gain to it.
I have to prioritize my time into what is most meaningful. A lot of people are meaningful to me, and being involved with their goals are meaningful too.
But there is a trade off.
Less than 1% of my time has been spent personally developing with my health and my relationships.
Which I have to do much better job being present and I got to enable a permeant system with keeping track of relationships and splitting time with people.
In a perfect world, the hours I am putting in on the wealth/work front of things will be under 20 a week, but as of right now I am easily in the 100+ hours of work a week across all my projects.
I got to cut a bunch of commitments, and prioritize my time way better, and it's been a struggle, because being busy is great, but making sure their is a positive ROI somehow must be a priority.

Here is the breakdown step by step of each actionable over the next quarter and for measuring purposes.
Start Shorts Content Strategy
Currently I have no short form content, that hasn’t really been a focus for me because producing long form the way I do it has been frictionless and not having to spend lots of time on editing. Just film it, clean it up, schedule it.
I was messing around with a few concepts with shorts which got in front of a lot of people 700-800+ but I need to seriously find a way to implement it.
Need to research both sides of the pattern from Youtube and TikTok.
Step by step
- Find a frictionless format that creates discovery and builds authority.
- Ideate about 15 videos in that format.
- Film the episodes
- Publish and document what worked / failed.
Solve 10 more Stagnative Problems on Long Form
Right now my channel has strictly solved one problem of stagnation which is solving income stagnation via AI tutorials and templates. It’s been solved pretty clearly, no reason to keep beating that into the ground.
The plan now is I got to stretch my reach further to more stagnation problems across the board to reach more people that might not directly know they are stagnate but have problems that can be related can relate too.
I began to introduce some different type of content with the EBay finds, which was solving the same income stagnation problem, but a different way for people who want way more straight forward, I’m going to continue to add on that, because it’s a medication for the same problem, both work, just a matter of preference. One is Advil and the other is Tylenol.
For the most part of that problem I have taken the approach of hitting directly the “problem aware” people. Those who are clearly searching online how to make x dollars and they engaged with it.
Now there is still a massive audience of people I can hit who are in the generally “unaware” generally category and we have to reach them differently.
Example, they might be searching why they can’t attract beautiful women, and apart of that problem is having no time, no money or living in the right place, which could be solved if you had an AI automation business where you could live Colombia, work 3 hours a day and make $5k this month.
See what I did there, by solving their one problem they were directly looking for, I provided a valuable solution to them directly, while also being the guy who has more content on how it’s done, and bringing them into my world.
The long term vision is I basically want to have hundreds of mini playlists on YouTube with videos identifying and solving stagnative problems and later leading into full product solution in some cases, and being able to be the one stop shop for actionable solutions of growth for any problem you have.
Think of like the digital cool version For Dummies.
But I must first start by building the audience in each niche stagnation problem first.
- Find 15 new stagnative problems that I can help solve that I can speak on.
- Find 10 videos for each problem
- Create a playlist for each stagnative problem
- Create lead magnets and landing page for each problem.
- Film videos
- Promote landing pages within each video
Create a Twitter Strategy
I have no written strategy, I been using Twitter for 10 years, but not utilizing it, and hilariously enough, it’s my largest audience is on Twitter.
I need to understand the platform more, because I can clearly produce tons of content over there, people are always posting their problems and we could engage and make ourselves visible by adding value and replying to people, it’s a real missed opportunity by me right now.
- Research popular Twitter content creators and note their successful formats.
- Create a list of terms to have a consistent feed of people to engage with.
- Create a content creation process/system to make impactful tweets
- Create a posting schedule (goal: 3 Tweets a day, and 5 engagements)
- Create an AI Bot to create additional content as well for traffic.
Create a LinkedIn Content Strategy.
The LinkedIn space is interesting, because I think most people on there are doing one of 2 things, biz development = trying to make more money Or looking to leave their job = make more money. It’s about the most broad assessment I have with that platform. I am going to explore it further and throw some older tutorials on there and see how it goes.

- Download the videos from YouTube
- Post all the tutorials on YouTube
- Create an AI Bot to produce additional curated news content for traffic.
Complete the First 15 templates for paid content.
My thought is launching with 10 templates to begin with the paid content and continue to add, but have 5 others ready to go, so I am a month ahead when it’s released to the public.
- Choose the list of 15 templates.
- Convert the content within the sequence into template forms.
- Shoot the reusable integration videos (How to sign up for ChatGPT, etc)
- Create the all the content for the template posts.
- Create the editable pitch presentations
- Create the 50k lists for each
Create weekly creation process for Automation Templates.
In a year, I need 52 templates, with weekly drops. I have a lot more than that, especially when we start to realize that every sequence which may have the same elements, all have different elements within it from the prompts, to how it is pitched, who it’s for and how it is sold and presented towards based on who you are solving it for.
So not focusing on just the sequences itself but the whole goal of each drop which is use this specially configured template that you don’t need to change much, with these additional specialized tools to these folks to make money.
- Nail down my core 52 best templates.
- Make additional configurations to each of them for beginners, intermediate and advanced versions for future releases.
- Test and explore them with practitioners for 1-8 weeks.
- Bring them into other niches to test need and quality.
- Add them future drops if they are successful.
Launch paid content portal
Pretty clear on the action here. Going to roll it out firstly to the people whose email I collected, my most engaged audience and see how it goes.
Make my Youtube Description formatted better.
I have some really under optimized descriptions and pinned comments that could lead more traffic back, I have been slacking on that
There is also some affiliate link stuff I am missing out on from bringing people over that I can work.
Make all past tutorials have links to either Free Templates or Products.
Same as above, just make sure every description is configured to bring people closer to home which is my website.
Create a Nurture strategy for all Newsletter signups to convert them.
Right now all people on my list haven’t received anything but the free templates, I should be giving them much more and that will happen weekly especially with the new drops, it will be a consistent tease to come in and join.
- Create a lead nurturing sequencing that once a new post is created it sends out an email to convince people to sign up.
- For Bolo’s I got to create a sequence that finds hot selling items this week and sends out emails to tease people to join as well.
Configure OBS to have more engaging scenes and backgrounds for Videos.
Right now I only have 1 Main shoot + B-Roll as my main bread and butter, but there is more I can do in OBS to spice it up, especially with my stream deck. I could add sounds, zooms, change backgrounds. I have to configure it properly, especially because I have all the tools to produce great content, but not maxamizing it.
- Create 3 additional backgrounds for OBS (Going to a total of 5)
- Create 5 Sound FXs.
- Create 5 GIFS for on the screen movements.
Create CTA templates I say at the beginning, middle, and end of my content and remember them.
When I was first staring out, I didn’t plug any of my other videos or products or anything, I didn’t think there was value in telling people there is something below, and now that I am getting traction, physically saying within the video that I have a problem to help solve the problem they have faster is underrated. So I am going to make sure all videos going forward have a CTA within them.
- Create CTA for beginning of the video when I introduce myself.
- Create CTA for the middle of the videos to break up the content.
- Create a CTA for the end of the videos at the conclusion of the videos.
Create a social media landing page for TikTok
I need a clean linktree for my social media profiles to lead back to my Website. I have to research a little bit more what the proper funnel will be from where people will go from general traffic to fan to subscribtion to paying customers. It’s very new concept for me, where I am learning on the fly, I have to tighten it up, especailly for the social media side of things.
- Figure out the funnel from social media traffic.
- Get a linktree setup to lead people
- Put it on all social media acccounts.
Setup the Full Youtube Video Course series of Tutorials behind a clean landing page to use as a funnel.
I don’t know if I want to move my traffic from one platform to another (Tiktok to Youtube), I will be building traffic with all platforms with the goal for the value to live forever on my platform and bring people closer to my world. So far the following I have built lives on other platforms, and I have to make sure I can capture a good of that traffic and audience so they can follow me anywhere I decide to pop up. Funnelling the new viewers on different platforms over to another platform doesn’t reach my goals.
- Create centralized page for my beginner level content to live behind funnel with all the youtube videos in a cleaner matter
Create the creative assets for a podcast.
I think a podcast will really be a great opportunity to learn from other people, I am really excited about it, it’s a different format than I ever had and will compliment the mission of breakthrough moments.
- Come up with a name.
- Configure the OBS to host the podcast with Zoom.
- Do trial tests of the episodes.
- Create the assets for OBS that fit the theme.
- Create the podcast design to host it.
- Create the platforms to host the podcast visually and audio specific.
Create a podcast guest outreach strategy.
I need guests, I was thinking about a bunch of friends I know early on for the early episodes and then reach out to some other people I came across on the internet that I would enjoy having a conversation about their breakthroughs and would align well with the brand.
- Reach out to 3 friends to do an episode.
- Create a list of people I’d love to talk too.
- Provide value to everyone on the list
- Offer the people on the list a spot on the podcast.
Build a friend tracker to keep track of communications with friends and people I love.
A lifelong struggle of mine is keeping up with friends and the people I love, I haven’t really put a system behind it to get control of it and be able to maintain all my relationships and have lefts a lot of people really close to me feeling like I am ignoring them or have no time. In reality, time is very much focused on growth, I can make time to call, FT, or have a quick dinner from time to time.
- Build a system in Notion with all my friends
- Schedule a notification system to tell me who I haven’t talked to in awhile.
Build a meal prep plan to make eating more predictable, healthy and under control.
My health regiment since returning to Canada has fallen off badly, where I am not spiralling out of control and eating a lot more uber eats than I should, I need to create a meal prep plan to give myself.
- Find recipes.
- Create plan for the next 14 days of rotations.
- Buy items from grocery store.
- Cook items.
- Document progress.
Reduce the amount of time spent on side projects with others by 33.33%
Self explanatory, I got to think about all the committments I have right now and reduce them big time.
Build and launch the Bolo vault
Bolo vault is so good, because it’s in my roots, it’s kind of the last thing to think about in this quarter with AI Vault being the first product out, so it’s not super actionable, probably going to push it into Q1.

This is my first quarterly update, I expect this Q4 to be an eventful one in this new chapter of this crazy book.
